Who is behind the tools

About Business Rescue Tools

Decision-support calculators built from transparent formulas, primary references and first-hand experience operating small businesses.

Built from operating experience—not anonymous content production

Business Rescue Tools was founded by Jackie McCauley, a small-business operator and administrator with more than twenty years of professional experience. Jackie has operated Prime Money Services, including mobile-money services, an Ecobank Xpress Point and remittance support; managed Jackie’s Nursery & Floral; and operated businesses within Prime E-Sport Lounge Group of Companies.

Those businesses create the exact pressures covered here: reconciling physical cash and electronic float, documenting remittance evidence, controlling staff access, protecting bookings with deposits, following customer balances, pricing labor and delivery, and deciding whether equipment earns enough to justify its cost.

Five focused decision areas

  • Cash flow and business survival
  • Customer payments and receivables
  • Pricing, profit and break-even
  • Equipment and asset returns
  • Mobile money and staff cash control

Three layers of authority

  1. Transparent calculation: Every tool shows its formula, assumptions, limits and worked example.
  2. Primary references: Accounting, control and industry context is linked to standards bodies and authoritative institutions.
  3. First-hand field analysis: Jackie publishes operator field notes explaining how real business problems shaped the tools.

What we do not claim

The calculators are educational decision-support tools. Business Rescue Tools does not claim that Jackie is a CPA, attorney or licensed financial adviser, and it does not present first-hand experience as a statistically representative survey. Material decisions should be verified against complete records, contracts, provider rules and qualified local advice.

Evidence before claims

The evidence program separates published field notes from future surveys, anonymized case studies and aggregate findings. No survey statistic or success rate is published until the sample, collection period, method and limitations can be inspected.
